From beautiful Bucaramanga to warm Cúcuta, passing through Girón, Floridablanca, Ocaña, and the most iconic and popular neighborhoods of each city, Hipinto—the iconic drink of the people from Santander—decided to create a documentary series that dives into the culture of the region to reveal the best-kept secrets of its cuisine, its way of life, and its distinctive way of speaking. The series seeks to answer some of the questions we’ve always had about the people from Santander: Why do they eat so much, more than anywhere else? Why do they speak so harshly, as if they were always in a bad mood? And why do they want to pair everything with a Hipinto?
